Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your New York & Company purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original packaging if possible, and include the packing slip before affixing the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund, which typically processes within 7-10 business days.
